As a Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for handling diverse queries from members, volunteers and staff in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your ability to prioritise your workload and exceptional organisational skills will ensure you achieve agreed service targets.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail and an accomplished computer user, you will need to thrive in a team environment where your duties will be both varied and interesting as you will also be responsible for maintaining records, monitoring stock levels and general administration duties.
